The diverse intellectual capital and wide-ranging set of networks is our secret sauce, because it offers exponential leverage and value exchange across members. We've had more than 1,000 graduates in 15 countries, but our members are primarily in the U.S.

Virginia is a C-level Corporate Renegade known for bending, not breaking, the rules. She spent 22 years at Hilton Worldwide leading a team of more than 1,000 people and now she sits in the C-suite of a publicly traded company. One of Virginia’s goals for the Renegade Accelerator was to become more corporate board ready and also do more early seed stage investing. She’s checked both of those boxes by continuing to interview for various corporate board positions and she has invested in opportunities that have come her way through the Renegade Collective deal flow.
Noramay’s resume is unmatched. She has 3 degrees from MIT, she was an engineer at Boeing and she’s most recently become a Venture Capitalist. One of Noramay’s goals for the Renegade Accelerator was to accelerate the rate in which she raised her first fund at Supply Change Capital. Her fellow Renegades have kicked open doors and helped her achieve just that. She’s ahead of schedule and even considering increasing the size of her first fund. She has access to share deal flow with the Renegade Collective members and on the flip side, Noramay has also invested in opportunities that have come her way through the Renegade Collective.
Kateryna Bilyk is corporate renegade turned renegade entrepreneur. During the Renegade Accelerator, she finalized the roadmap for her tech start-up and officially green-lit her idea as the founder. After graduating from the program and joining the Renegade Collective, Kat, the founder, connected with Renegade funders. She received immediate financial commitment from other Renegades and had access to a pool of fellow Renegade talent who served as investors, advisors and evangelists of her company. She built her product alongside her biggest advocates who did everything from making introductions to testing her prototype and serving as a focus group — hello, instant feedback loop.
Lauren Bongiorno, founder and CEO of Risely Health, is challenging the current healthcare system and the world of diabetes management through her company’s innovative health coaching programs and online educational classes of people and families impacted by Type 1 Diabetes. Lauren has been featured on outlets like the TODAY show, is partnered with two of the largest diabetes technology companies, and is making waves in the diabetes space on both an individual and systemic level. Since graduating the Renegade Accelerator, Lauren has grown her team from 1 to 10 and led her company to a 10x growth before age 30.
Renegade is on a mission to put greater control of capital, and how it's allocated, into the hands of women through our investment arm, Renegade Global Ventures. This is world-changing. We do this by connecting Renegade founders and Renegade funders. Collective members also have the opportunity to pitch the Collective to receive funding. Individuals can fund, and also as a collective we can decide to fund members through Renegade SPVs. We've also partnered with Raymond James to create the Renegade Multi-Family Office, offering financial services and additional education.
